The Foursquare Church board of directors and members adopt bylaws and articles of incorporation that dictate the structure and purpose of The Foursquare Church. For your convenience, the bylaws and articles of incorporation are available for you to download in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
2012 Proposed Bylaw Amendments
At Connection 2012, which will be held in Phoenix May 28-31, the convention body will vote on several proposed bylaw amendments. These include:
- Guidelines for how the board would select an interim president should the need arise
- Revision of district supervisor duties
- New details for divisional superintendent duties
- Basic requirements for being licensed
- Changes in insurance requirements
- Additions to Minister’s Code of Ethics
