Our Strategy to Reach the Nation

The Korean Foursquare Gospel Church has begun to move out from its historic center of Daejeon and has been planting churches in Busan, Taegu, Kwangju and Seoul. Their seminary is training future church planters and Bible school teachers from various nations throughout Asia, providing them with scholarships through sacrificial giving of Korean congregations. They are actively involved in evangelizing and planting churches along the Silk Road and in Russia, and seek to be an encouragement to the other Foursquare nations in the FMI North Asia Region.

The Need In South Korea

FMI continues to partner with Foursquare Korea as they work to train and equip their leaders through In-Service Leadership Training seminars and in encouraging, equipping and networking church planters.

Join Us In Prayer

Pray that the Lord would fill the ministers and members of the Foursquare Church in Korea with His Holy Spirit and ask Him to allow signs and wonders to follow their presentation of the Gospel and that they would preach the Word with boldness.
Ask for increasing unity among the older and younger generations; for the raising up of a new generation of leaders, and for fresh vision to reach the nation through common goals.
Ask God’s blessings upon President Chung-kyu Choi and their national leadership team as they seek to fulfill God’s will for the Foursquare Church in Korea and beyond.
Pray that the South Korean church would continue to develop relationships and works in places such as North Korea, Russia, China and other places in Central Asia where Korean people have been dispersed since the days following WWII.
