We believe God made you to serve. We also believe that God is calling many people into full-time ministry even if they don’t look like traditional pastors. Perhaps you aren’t in the ethnic majority. Perhaps you are a woman. Perhaps you are much younger (or older!) than the average pastor these days.
Our credentialed ministers are a family of people from all races, ages and both genders. To help us accomplish our goal of including everyone called to ministry, Foursquare intentionally looks at ministry through the lens of age, gender and ethnicity.
